The Doctor of Education in Educational Management prepares experienced educators, school leaders, and policymakers to assume senior leadership roles in educational institutions, government agencies, and development organizations, contributing to impactful and sustainable educational change.
Program Educational Objectives
Graduates of the Doctor of Education major in Educational Management are expected to have acquired, in three to five years after graduation, the following:
- utilizes principles and theories for practical solutions to educational issues and problems,
- leads in the advancement of educational administration and supervision,
- practices professionalism in the workplace and community,
- participates in educational researches in the furtherance of knowledge for progress and
development, - assumes social responsibility to address problems of the community
- exemplifies the hallmark of a leader in the vanguard of transformation

- Demonstration of highly advanced systematic knowledge and skills in a highly specialized and/or complex interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary field of learning
- Utilization of complex research/creative work and/or the advancement of learning with full independence in individual work and/or in teams of interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary settings
- Application of a more complex setting that demands leadership in research and creative work with strategic value added
- Application of a significant level of expertise-based autonomy and accountability to professional leadership for innovation, research, and/or development management in highly specialized, interdisciplinary, or multi-disciplinary field
