Bachelor of Arts in Communication

A degree program that trains students to become effective communicators who can create, deliver, and evaluate messages in various contexts. The program covers various areas such as interpersonal communication, public speaking, journalism, and media studies. Students gain practical experience through internships, media production, and other hands-on learning opportunities.

Program Educational Objectives

Graduates of the program are expected to attain the following within 3 to 5 years after graduation:

  1. Display commendable performance in the media practice and be dynamic agents in the transformation of the society.
  2. Exudes competence and effectiveness in media communication.
  3. Sustains the highest ethical standards performed by a media practitioner.
  4. Conducts communication researches that promote change and development.
  5. Participates actively in development communication programs and activities.

A Bachelor of Arts in Communication graduate should be able to
