STELA Crowned Overall Champion Cheering Team at UB Intramurals 2025

The School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA) roared to victory at the University of Baguio Intramurals 2025, bringing home the Best Cheer Routine Award and claiming the title of Overall Best Cheering Team.

With their Cheer Captain and Cheer Leader at the helm, the STELA Cheerers showcased not only sharp routines and commanding energy but also the kind of determination that reflects true UBian spirit. Their performance stood out for its precision, creativity, and the unmistakable passion that filled the Cardinals Gymnasium on October 2, 2025.

Behind the cheers and routines was the hard work of the entire STELA student body. Countless hours of practice, planning, and collaboration built up to this moment of triumph. The students’ dedication to perfecting every movement and synchronizing as one team made the difference.

The victory was also a testament to the support of the STELA faculty, who stood behind the students with encouragement, guidance, and the belief that their efforts would pay off. Faculty members and classmates alike rallied to provide moral support, showing that success is never an individual achievement but a shared one.

This win is more than just a trophy—it is proof of STELA’s commitment to excellence, teamwork, and leadership. As the University of Baguio Intramurals continues to celebrate athleticism, creativity, and camaraderie under the theme “#LOVEUB, Asian Civilization“, STELA’s victory shines as an inspiration for every UBian striving to balance passion with perseverance.

The cheers may have ended, but the spirit of STELA’s triumph will echo long after the final chant.
