On April 13, 2024, the Graduate School hosted an international webinar titled “Navigating the Publishing Journey: From Thesis/Dissertation to Journal” as part of its Research Capability Series 4. Held from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the event provided graduate students, early-career researchers, and academics with invaluable insights into the intricacies of academic publishing.
The webinar featured two distinguished speakers, Dr. Eddie Manzano and Mr. Shi Xingjun, who shared their expertise on transforming research from academic theses and dissertations into publishable journal articles.

Dr. Eddie Manzano: Mastering the Art of Academic Publishing
Dr. Eddie Manzano’s presentation focused on critical aspects of navigating the publishing landscape:
