In a spirited afternoon, participants of the STELA Leadership Summit 2025 came together for team-building activities designed to challenge, inspire, and strengthen the character of every student-leader. The afternoon session encouraged collaboration among leaders, putting leadership principles into practice.
The activities became opportunities to apply real-world leadership scenarios. Some challenges required quick decision-making and adaptability, while others involved patience, communication, and teamwork. Through these, participants recognized that leadership extends beyond authority. It also involved valuing diverse perspectives in order to succeed.
Beyond the fun and competition, the participants learned the importance of encouraging and supporting their fellow leaders. They celebrated wins as a team but also stood by one another during challenges.
The day concluded with the sharing of leadership journeys and lessons learned along the way, followed by a commemorative photo to seal the memory. The STELA Leadership Summit 2025 left a lasting mark on its participants, reminding every student-leader that true leadership is not about standing at the peak alone, but about reaching the summit together.
