On an atypical Saturday morning of April 12, the STELA Student Body (STELA SB) embarked on a meaningful outreach program called “Brushstrokes of Brilliance: Painting a Brighter Future for Mabini Elementary School.” This unique initiative challenged the student body to showcase their artistic talents by painting murals on the school walls, with themes designed to promote the importance of reading and mathematics.
The STELA SB members took on the task of illustrating numbers, blending creativity with educational messages. Their goal was to create visually appealing and engaging art that would inspire the young learners at Mabini Elementary.

Despite a range of artistic abilities among the members, the enthusiasm and excitement emanated from everyone involved. As soon as their brushes touched the blank walls, the STELA SB’s spontaneity shone through, allowing their creativity to flourish.
This artistic endeavor wasn’t just about painting; it was driven by a heartfelt mission to spark interest in reading and mathematics among the pupils of Mabini Elementary. Through vibrant wall art, the STELA SB hopes to motivate students in their educational journeys, turning ordinary school spaces into inspiring showcases of knowledge and imagination.
